Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms
OTHER CHARGES: 9% tax on visits of less than 30 consecutive days. $300 refundable damage deposit.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests (including infants and children).

MINIMUM STAY: We have a 3-night minimum most of the year. A longer minimum stay may be required during the summer months, fall foliage season, and for bookings that include major holidays.

DEPOSIT/PAYMENTS: To confirm your reservation and lock in the dates for you, we will need a 50% deposit, payable by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date, at which point the rental amount is nonrefundable unless we are able to rebook the Cottage for the dates you had reserved. To recoup the cost of your rental charges if you should have to cancel within 30 days of your arrival, we encourage you to consider buying Trip Cancellation Insurance. "What a great place to get engaged! The Glossbreners were such great hosts, and made us feel more than welcome. We enjoyed the fireplace, with ample firewood, to keep us warm in the January cold. The cottage is in a great location, close to all we would want - Yardley, Washington Crossing, and New Hope. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and hope to make it back again soon!"
